With structured progression, integrated recovery, and a steady weekly rhythm, it grows endurance, hill strength, and confidence while respecting the whole of your life. You’ll be guided by expert coaches and supported by women who understand the trail journey.

  • 16-week progressive trail marathon plan (42.2km)
  • Elevation-ready run blocks: hill reps, tempo climbs, long runnable ascents, technical descents
  • Weekly strength for runners: posterior chain, single-leg stability, ankle/knee/hip resilience
  • Mobility & yoga to restore range and reduce niggles from vert and camber
  • Trail skills: pacing by terrain, hiking efficiency, pole use (optional), night/heat/rain strategies
  • Fuelling & hydration guidance for off-road conditions (including gut training)
  • Deloads, race-simulation long runs, taper, and race-week planning
  • Weekly live coaching calls (join live or watch replays) + ask questions anytime
  • Private community for accountability, support, and shared trail intel
