We focus on building your endurance, strength, and mental resilience while prioritising injury prevention, recovery, and community connection.

  • Integrated Coaching & Weekly Support: Weekly live coaching sessions with the Her Trails coaching team, where you can ask questions, get personalised feedback, and stay motivated.
  • Comprehensive Weekly Structure: Each week includes:
  • 4 Run Sessions: A mix of base runs, intervals, long runs, and threshold or progression runs to steadily build your endurance and speed.
  • Strength for Runners (1 Session/Week): Tailored strength workouts designed to prevent injury, improve running efficiency, and enhance overall performance. These can be done at home or wherever you train.
  • Mobility/Recovery (1 Session/Week): Targeted mobility and yoga sessions to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and optimise running mechanics.
  • Accessible On-Demand Content: Each workout, strength session, and mobility practice is available on-demand, making it easy to fit into your schedule.

21.1k Done! I absolutely loved it - the Glow Worm Tunnel Half Marathon in the scenic Wolgan Valley. The course featured 21k of pure adventure with an elevation gain of 750m.
