The UTA100 is Australia's premier 100km ultra-trail race, taking runners on an epic journey through the Blue Mountains.
With 4,300m of elevation gain, the course features stunning cliff-top lookouts, lush valleys, and iconic landmarks like Narrow Neck, Wentworth Falls, and the challenging Furber Steps finish at Scenic World.

Tracing the second half of the UTA100 course, runners experience cliff-top lookouts, lush valleys, and historic landmarks, culminating in the infamous Furber Steps — a final challenge before the Scenic World finish line.

Our 20-week UTA50 Program is tailored to prepare you for the unique demands of this course, focusing on elevation-specific training, strength and mobility work, and mental resilience to help you conquer the steep climbs and technical descents.

With guided training runs, nutrition guidance, and mindset coaching, you’ll gain the tools needed to manage the course’s challenges, build endurance, and approach race day with confidence.

Our UTA22 16-week program is designed to prepare you for the steep climbs, technical trails, and stunning landscapes that define the Ultra-Trail Australia 22km course.

With 1,200m of elevation gain, this event challenges runners to navigate Kedumba Valley, native bushland, and the iconic Furber Steps, making it a memorable and rewarding experience for trail runners of all levels.

Our UTA22 Program focuses on building the strength, endurance, and technical skills required to conquer the Blue Mountains terrain.

Designed for the elevation changes and trail conditions of UTA, this program prepares you to handle steep ascents, technical descents, and long periods on your feet.

The UTA11 offers a stunning introduction to trail running in the Blue Mountains.

With 750m of elevation gain packed into 12km, this course is challenging yet achievable, providing a true taste of the Ultra-Trail Australia experience.

Starting at Scenic World, you’ll run along the Prince Henry Cliff Walk, pass iconic lookouts like Echo Point, descend into Leura Forest, and finish by climbing the famous 951 Furber Steps to cross the finish line back at Scenic World.

Our 14-week UTA11 Program is designed to prepare you for the varied terrain, elevation, and technical challenges of this course.

Whether you're a new trail runner or transitioning from road running, this program will build your strength, confidence, and endurance to tackle the climbs, descents, and steps of the UTA11.
