This holistic 8-week program is designed to help you confidently achieve your 10km running goal while supporting your overall well-being.

Whether you’re tackling your first 10km, returning to running after a long break, post-pregnancy, navigating the changes of peri-menopause or menopause, or transitioning to trail running for the first time, this program meets you where you are and supports your unique journey.

The program focuses on the whole runner - combining running, strength, mobility, and mindset work to build endurance, confidence, and sustainable habits. With manageable weekly training sessions, gradual progression, and plenty of recovery, it’s designed to empower you physically, mentally, and emotionally for long-term success in running and beyond.

By the end of 8 weeks, you’ll not only achieve your 10km goal but also feel stronger, more balanced, and empowered in all aspects of your running and life. This program isn’t just about crossing the finish line - it’s about embracing a holistic approach to movement and well-being.

What’s included in your 8-week program:

  • 4–6 structured run sessions per week: built specifically for Buffalo’s elevation, terrain and duration.
  • 1-2 strength training session weekly: develop the power and stability needed for sustained climbs and long descents.
  • 1–2 mobility or yoga sessions: to restore, realign and keep your body moving freely across the full training load.
  • Weekly live coaching + community calls: get tailored support, connect with others on the same path, and stay accountable to your goals.

  • Daily access to our online community: for encouragement, shared stories and honest support from women training for the same event.
  • Nutrition guidance: to ensure your fuelling supports both your training and your life.
  • Physical therapy input from ultra-experienced clinicians: including injury prevention strategies and recovery tools tailored to female runners.

    When you join the 10km Foundations program, you’ll receive immediate access to the introductory materials and full program overview. Weekly training sessions are released each Saturday, one week at a time, to support your progression and integration.   

  

    For upfront payments: Your purchase is non-refundable after 48 hours. If you wish to request a refund within this timeframe, please email [email protected] with your name and payment details.   

  

    For monthly instalments: This plan includes three monthly payments. By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments in full, regardless of your level of participation. Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the first payment. After this time, your enrolment is binding and all sales are final.   

  

    This is a digital, non-transferable training experience delivered over time. By enrolling, you acknowledge that program content, live coaching, and community access begin upon payment, and that no cancellations or refunds are available after the initial 48-hour period.
