Why the Bright Ultra 100km?
Beginning and ending in the picturesque town of Bright, the Bright Ultra 100km race presents a compelling blend of challenge and natural beauty. The course takes you through awe-inspiring mountain terrains, serene forests, and spectacular river valleys. The scenic and rugged landscapes of the Alpine National Park will be your backdrop as you tackle this formidable ultra-distance.
Her Trails: A New Horizon in Training
Her Trails isn't just about getting you across the finish line. Our 20-week program is designed to equip you with physical strength, mental fortitude, and a deeper appreciation for the sport and the journey involved.
Phases: Foundation and Ascent
The program kicks off with a 4-week foundational phase aimed at aligning your body and mind for the adventure that lies ahead. This is followed by a 16-week ascent phase, carefully structured to build your endurance and strength, tailor-made to meet the specific challenges of the Bright Ultra 100km course.
Holistic Training: Balance, Resilience, and Unity
Training for an ultra isn't just about clocking miles; it's about creating a well-rounded athlete. This is why our program includes elements of strength training, mobility work, and yoga. We also integrate mindset coaching to build your mental resilience for the ultra-distance.

Nourishment, Rehabilitation, and Ongoing Support
Nutrition and physical therapy are integral aspects of any successful ultra training program. Run Programming
Experience a gradual and safe progression in your training with our proven system designed to prevent injuries and optimise your performance. Our program combines a variety of training sessions, including base mile, speed, hill, threshold, active recovery sessions, and long runs workouts.
Weekly Trail Time
Elevate your experience with our weekly episodes covering essential topics. From technique and gear to support systems, recovery, and safety, we provide valuable insights to enrich your trail journey and apply its wisdom in your everyday routine.
Run Specific Strength
Build strength, resilience, and longevity with our weekly 30-60 minute at-home strength videos. Activate, stabilise, and train your body through targeted exercises that enhance your running performance and help prevent injuries.
Mobility Session
Enhance your body's mobility and unlock its full range of motion with our weekly 15-50 minute mobility sessions. Address imbalances, combat physical stress, and alleviate fatigue as you give your body the freedom to move and perform at its best.
Coaching Support
Our weekly coaching sessions provide a dedicated space to address your progress, challenges, and modifications.
