Our 16-week, comprehensive program is expertly designed by female coaches who have run the Coast to Coast course. This program targets the specific demands of rocky event, combining race-specific runs with strength, mobility, and yoga to build endurance and tackle the event’s technical terrain. The program kicks off with a 2-week priming phase to build a solid foundation before progressing into event-specific training. You’ll experience a carefully crafted blend of running, strength, and mobility work that ensures you’re physically prepared for the course’s challenges.
