Bondi to Manly Programs


We are thrilled to provide comprehensive and female-focused programs designed specifically for these events. Our holistic approach combines our signature run, strength, mobility, mindset and integrated coaching. We have over 100 women from our community taking part.

  • 80km program: 18 weeks (starting June 26)
  • Relay program:12 Weeks (starting August 7)

There are countless reasons to love the Bondi to Manly event! Not only is it led by a female race director, which resonates deeply with our mission to empower and support women in their running and leadership journeys, but it also demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental conservation. As passionate trail runners, we wholeheartedly believe in the importance of connecting with nature and preserving our environment for future generations.

The race yesterday exceeded all my expectations and was the perfect race for me. Throughout the whole race I had this unwavering belief that I could cope with anything and finish and it was because of the training program and all the mindset, breathing and nutrition advice I soaked up along the way.
