How to Access Your Program
On Desktop
1. Log into your Her Trails account on desktop.
2. Head to Library → click into your Program.
3. Each week, new content unlocks with run plans, strength, mobility & mindset tools.
On the Her Trails App
1. Open the app and log in with your Her Trails account email.
2. Tap Your Programs to view training content.
3. Use the heart icon to favourite sessions you want to revisit.
4. Explore Base Camp for off-season and wellness content.
