Her Trails x 100km (20 week all season program) - annual member offer

Whether you're preparing for your first 100km or an ultra runner looking to push your limits, this 20-week program is designed to meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.

What you get in this comprehensive program:

→ A minimum of 4-5 run sessions per week, specifically designed to gradually build your endurance and prepare you for the 50km distance. 

 1-2 strength and conditioning workouts per week, adaptable for all fitness levels. These exercises will target key muscle groups, enhancing your overall running performance, preventing injuries, and building strength and stability.

 1-2 mobility or yoga sessions per week. These sessions will help you maintain proper alignment, prevent imbalances, and aid in injury prevention.

 Access to our Life Hub, an online resource hub filled with resources to support your ultra running journey. Here you'll find guidance on nutrition, physical therapy, proper running form, injury prevention strategies, recovery techniques, and more. 

 Integrated coaching from our Her Trails coaching team. You'll have the opportunity to engage in live weekly coaching sessions where you can ask questions, seek guidance, and receive personalised feedback. 

 Invitation to a community group, connecting you with a supportive community of like-minded individuals at similar stages in their ultra running journeys.
