Introducing the Her Trails training program specifically designed for the Tarawera 21km race (T21).

Whether you're new to trail running, an experienced marathoner, or ready to challenge yourself with a scenic trail run, our comprehensive 12-week program will prepare you for this epic event. 

What You Can Expect:

3-5 Structured Run Sessions per Week: Designed to progressively build your endurance and mental resilience for the 21km distance. Our expert coaches will guide you through each session, ensuring safe and effective progression towards your goal.

Weekly Strength Training Workouts: Enhance your trail running performance and endurance by developing strength, power, and stability necessary for the varied terrain of the Tarawera course.

1-2 Mobility and Yoga Sessions per Week: Improve your flexibility, range of motion, and overall body alignment to optimise mobility, reduce injury risk, and improve trail running efficiency.

Access to Our Comprehensive Life Hub: An online resource hub offering valuable content on nutrition and hydration strategies, physical therapy guidance, women-specific topics, and more to support your journey.
