→ 4-6 carefully structured run sessions per week, specifically designed to gradually build your endurance and mental resilience for the 80km distance.
→ 1 strength for runners workouts per week, strategically tailored to enhance your trail running performance and endurance.
→1-2 mobility and yoga sessions per week to improve your flexibility, range of motion, and overall body alignment. Through targeted exercises, you'll optimise your body's mobility, reduce the risk of injuries, and improve your trail running efficiency for the 80km distance.
→ Access to our comprehensive Life Hub, an online resource hub. From nutrition and hydration strategies to physical therapy to women's specific content.
→ Weekly episodes hosted by Coach Sam, where she'll provide mindset training, insights, and practical tips to help you overcome obstacles, stay motivated, and develop the mental fortitude needed for the ultra distance.
→ Integrated coaching from our Her Trails coaching team. Engage in live weekly coaching sessions where you can interact with our coaches, seek guidance, ask questions, and receive personalised feedback tailored to your unique needs and goals for the Bondi to Manly 80km Ultra Marathon.
→ Invitation to a dedicated community group. Connect with a supportive community of like-minded runners who are on the same journey. In this group, you'll find encouragement, accountability, and a space to share experiences, triumphs, and challenges as you work towards your 80km ultra marathon goal on this iconic course.
