What to Expect for our program?
The Kosci 50 course is a unique blend of runnable trail, alpine exposure and altitude, and it requires smart, grounded preparation.
This 20-week program is built to meet the physical and mental demands of Kosci 50, while supporting you through strength, recovery, coaching and community.
You can access the Kosci 50 program in one of three ways:
- As part of the All In Membership: Full access to this program and every other Her Trails experience, with year-round coaching and support.
- As a discounted one-time purchase: Pay upfront and receive the complete 20-week program at a reduced rate. (which is where you have landed!!)
- Via three monthly instalments: Spread your investment over three months, with immediate access to all program features.
However you join, you'll receive the full Kosci 50 experience: including structured run sessions designed for the course, weekly education videos, live coaching, strength for runners workouts, mobility sessions, and access to a supportive training community.

What You’ll Receive:
- 4–6 structured run sessions per week: progressive, terrain-specific, and aligned with the Kosci 50 course profile. Build your endurance, adapt to elevation, and develop the mental resilience needed for ultra distance.
- Weekly education videos: race-specific insights and mindset tools, delivered weekly by our coaching team.
- Live weekly coaching calls: connect with Coach Sam and the team to troubleshoot, reflect and stay grounded throughout the journey.
- Strength for runners program: targeted strength sessions to build power, stability and trail-specific resilience.
- Mobility and yoga sessions: recovery-based practices to support alignment, flexibility and injury prevention.
- Private community space : connect with others preparing for events at Kosci in a shared space for encouragement, learning and accountability.
