Whether you're a seasoned trail runner or ready to take your running to the next level in the ultra distance, Kosci 100km is a unique blend of runnable trail, alpine exposure and altitude that requires smart, grounded preparation.
This 20-week program is built to meet the physical and mental demands of the event, while supporting you through strength, recovery, coaching and community.
Over 20 weeks, you’ll move through a grounded and progressive plan that supports you to build endurance, resilience and trust in your body, without sacrificing your sanity, wellbeing or joy in the process.

What makes Her Trails different?

What’s included in your 20-week program:
- 4–6 structured run sessions per week: gradually building your endurance and mental resilience for the UTK race.
- 1-2 strength training session weekly: These workouts focus on developing the strength, power, and stability necessary to conquer the rugged terrain of the UTK course.
- 1–2 mobility or yoga sessions: to restore, realign and keep your body moving freely across the full training load.
- Weekly live coaching + community calls: get tailored support, connect with others on the same path, and stay accountable to your goals.

- Daily access to our online community: for encouragement, shared stories and honest support from women training for the same event.
- Nutrition guidance: to ensure your fuelling supports both your training and your life.
- Physical therapy input from ultra-experienced clinicians: including injury prevention strategies and recovery tools tailored to female runners.
