Within the Coastal Half Marathon Program 12 week program you receive:
→ Minimum of 3-4 run sessions per week

→ Access to our Life Hub, an online resource hub with beginner-friendly resources to support your running journey. You'll find guidance on proper running form, injury prevention strategies, nutrition, women's health and more.

→ Integrated coaching from our Her Trails coaching team. You'll have the opportunity to engage in live weekly coaching sessions where you can ask questions, seek guidance, and receive personalised feedback.
