This 14-week program is designed specifically to support you in preparing for the Kosci 30, an evolving course with new challenges. Whether this is your first ultra-distance event or a stepping stone to something bigger, this program is your trail-tested guide.

What’s included in your 14-week Kosci 30 program:
- 4–6 structured run sessions per week: Progressively build endurance and mental strength for Kosci’s unique terrain and elevation profile.
- Weekly strength training for runners: Develop the power, control and durability you need for technical trails and sustained effort.
- 1–2 mobility or yoga sessions: Restore range of motion, support recovery and reduce risk of injury with movement that meets you where you are.
- Weekly live coaching calls: Ask questions, receive support and connect with our coaching team in real time to keep momentum and clarity.

- Daily access to our online community: for encouragement, shared stories and honest support from women training for the same event.
- Nutrition guidance: to ensure your fuelling supports both your training and your life.
