What’s included in your 12-week program:

  • 4–6 structured run sessions per week: built specifically for Buffalo’s elevation, terrain and duration.
  • 1-2 strength training session weekly: develop the power and stability needed for sustained climbs and long descents.
  • 1–2 mobility or yoga sessions: to restore, realign and keep your body moving freely across the full training load.
  • Weekly live coaching + community calls: get tailored support, connect with others on the same path, and stay accountable to your goals.

  • Daily access to our online community: for encouragement, shared stories and honest support from women training for the same event.
  • Nutrition guidance: to ensure your fuelling supports both your training and your life.
  • Physical therapy input from ultra-experienced clinicians: including injury prevention strategies and recovery tools tailored to female runners.

21.1k Done! I absolutely loved it - the Glow Worm Tunnel Half Marathon in the scenic Wolgan Valley. The course featured 21k of pure adventure with an elevation gain of 750m. During the race, I approached the uphills and the technical rocky sections with a walking strategy, but I tapped into my inner strength and determination to run everywhere else. Coach Bec's constant reminder to keep my shoulders back and down kept me focused and aligned. And Sam, your wise words resonated with me throughout the race - 'I had put in the training, now it was time to let the rest unfold.' Taking deep breaths, exchanging smiles with fellow runners, and truly enjoying the experience. This event pushed me beyond my limits, testing both my physical and mental endurance.     When you join the Half Marathon Progressions program, you’ll receive immediate access to the introductory materials and full program overview. Weekly training sessions are released each Saturday, one week at a time, to support your progression and integration.   

  

    For upfront payments: Your purchase is non-refundable after 48 hours. If you wish to request a refund within this timeframe, please email [email protected] with your name and payment details.   

  

    For monthly instalments: This plan includes three monthly payments. By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments in full, regardless of your level of participation. Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the first payment. After this time, your enrolment is binding and all sales are final.   

  

    This is a digital, non-transferable training experience delivered over time. By enrolling, you acknowledge that program content, live coaching, and community access begin upon payment, and that no cancellations or refunds are available after the initial 48-hour period.
