The Surf Coast Century 100km relay is the ultimate team ultra experience, taking you through the iconic Surf Coast trails with breathtaking coastal views, sandy beaches, and hinterland trails. The course offers varying terrain across four distinct legs, each with its own character—from the flat beach sections and intertidal zones to hilly bush trails and technical single track.
This 12-week program is tailored to prepare runners for their specific leg of the relay, whether tackling the coastal start at dawn, the undulating Ironbark Basin, the remote Currawong Falls, or the lookouts and lighthouses leading to the finish. With strength sessions, hill work, pacing strategies, and mental conditioning, our program ensures you're ready to perform at your best, whether you're a seasoned runner or new to ultra relays.

What’s included in your 12-week program:
- 4–6 structured run sessions per week: built specifically for Buffalo’s elevation, terrain and duration.
- 1-2 strength training session weekly: develop the power and stability needed for sustained climbs and long descents.
- 1–2 mobility or yoga sessions: to restore, realign and keep your body moving freely across the full training load.
- Weekly live coaching + community calls: get tailored support, connect with others on the same path, and stay accountable to your goals.

- Daily access to our online community: for encouragement, shared stories and honest support from women training for the same event.
- Nutrition guidance: to ensure your fuelling supports both your training and your life.
- Physical therapy input from ultra-experienced clinicians: including injury prevention strategies and recovery tools tailored to female runners.
